Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

• RN licensure required; CNOR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and human resource management across OR and related areas.
• Develop and implement treatment protocols; standardize perioperative care.
• Lead budgeting for surgical and ambulatory services.
• Collaborate with administration and medical staff on strategic planning.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and safety standards.
