Exostar is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management for its Supply Chain portfolio, including SupplyLine, DemandLine, and Marketplace initiatives. You will own the multi-year roadmap, steer enterprise migrations, and lead a team of PMs/POs to deliver capable, compliant solutions for regulated industries.

You will partner across engineering, Sales, and Compliance to ensure customer value, risk management, and timely delivery with evidence-based planning and governance practices.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with a track record leading complex B2B SaaS launches or migrations.
• 5+ years leading and mentoring product management teams, incl. 8+ PMs/POs.

Aufgaben

• Own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for SupplyLine, DemandLine, and related products.
• Lead legacy platform migration and manage customer risk during migration.
• Direct scoping and delivery of new product capabilities for major enterprise accounts.
• Own the Marketplace strategy delivering value for Suppliers within the network.
• Build evidence-based delivery plans with checkpoints grounded in actual delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the Product Managers and Product Owners on the team.
