Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Fenestration is seeking a Director of Supply Chain in Reno, NV to lead demand planning, inventory management, purchasing, and strategic sourcing across a multi-site manufacturing and distribution network. You will drive S&OP, supplier performance, and cost competitiveness while balancing service levels and working capital.

You will partner with Operations, Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Finance, and Distribution to enable efficient, scalable processes and data-driven decision

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading purchasing, sourcing, planning, and inventory management functions.
• Demonstrated experience leading S&OP processes across multiple sites.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or major system transformations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Lead the S&OP process and align demand, inventory, and supplier capacity.
• Oversee purchasing, sourcing, and supplier performance management.
• Optimize inventory, lead times, and working capital across North America.
• Mitigate supply chain risks through diversification, near-shoring, and contingency planning.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams on cost and margin optimization.
