Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking a Manager, Logistics to lead our Energy Transportation Operations team in the North and West regions. You will oversee four Driver Supervisors and be responsible for safety, performance and budget outcomes across locations.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, 4+ years in Supply Chain/Procurement/Transportation and Logistics, and prior leadership experience. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and multi-site operations is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement and/or Transportation and Logistics.
• Prior leadership experience with progressively advancing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop Driver Supervisors across the North and West region, ensuring driver performance, safety and compliance standards.
• Own regional driver operations, including performance metrics, service reliability and operational consistency.
• Drive a strong safety culture, coaching and managing performance.
• Manage the regional budget and monitor performance against financial targets.
• Collaborate with central dispatch to align on driver readiness and needs.
• Build strong relationships with maintenance supervisors to ensure vehicles and equipment are safe and ready.
• Identify and drive improvements in driver performance, efficiency and consistency.
