This role directly manages four Driver Supervisors, who are responsible for day-to-day driver oversight.
The Driver Manager is accountable for overall regional performance, including safety, operational results, and budget management. This position ensures consistent execution across all locations by setting expectations for supervisors, monitoring outcomes, and driving accountability.
