Job summary

RiseMe seeks an Executive Director-level leader to design, govern, and strengthen supervisory activity oversight across the Americas Division, including Global Markets, Capital Markets and Banking. You will partner with Front Office leaders, Compliance, Risk, and other control functions to embed accountable supervision in daily business execution.

You will drive end-to-end assessment of supervisory activities, provide credible challenge on procedures, and lead remediation efforts to close

Qualifications

• Extensive expertise in supervisory activity oversight and first-line risk management.
• Experience with governance, risk, and control design in large financial institutions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive remediation.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory expectations for Global Markets and Banking.
• Track record of credible challenge with senior Front Office and control partners.

Responsibilities

• Set supervisory strategy and translate risk expectations into practical standards.
• Lead end-to-end assessment of supervisory activities across trade lifecycles.
• Provide senior advisory support on procedure design, desk reviews, and escalation.
• Oversee control assessments, quality assurance, and remediation validation.
• Identify and elevate supervisory risks with clear governance reporting.
• Coordinate interactions with Compliance, Risk, Internal Audit, and regulators.
• Drive continuous improvement to simplify execution and strengthen controls.
• Establish and monitor KRIs, KPIs, and escalation routines.
• Lead education and change management for supervisory accountability.
