The Senior Director, Subscriptions & Lifecycle Strategy is a newly created role responsible for owning and growing The Hill’s subscription business from the ground up. This is a builder position. You will inherit a product at launch and be responsible for scaling it, setting the strategy, and doing the work required to hit growth targets. You are equally comfortable thinking through a pricing strategy and reviewing a campaign brief. You understand how users move through a product, where value is created and lost, and how to build the subscription experiences, upsells, and lifecycle programs that turn readers into long-term paying members.

Salary Range: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 based upon experience
