KPMG is seeking a Senior Director, Strategy & Portfolio Management to join our Digital Nexus organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the strategy, delivery, and management of Digital Nexus Strategic Business Engagement and Portfolio Management functions; develop the team's strategic roadmap; leverage AI and automation to focus on high-value work and enhance client experience.
2. Enhance the portfolio management framework with performance measures, risk management, and new tools like AI agents to improve transparency and process efficiency.
3. Act as a key advisor, fostering innovation, aligning client and team expectations, and exceeding client satisfaction.
4. Create a supportive environment, advocate for team members, remove obstacles, provide coaching, and foster resilience and focus during maturity journey.
5. Utilize expertise in technology strategy and portfolio management to advise leadership, foster collaboration, and drive impactful innovations.
6. Champion the mission and vision of Digital Nexus, ensuring business objectives are met and serving as a senior escalation point.
7. Uphold integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment.

Qualifications:

1. At least twelve years of leadership experience in technology organizations, managing portfolios and large projects.
2. Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's required; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred.
3. Proven leadership in high-performing teams, portfolio management, and leveraging emerging technologies for transformation.
4. Experience collaborating with senior leaders, managing client relationships, and strategic advising.
5. Quick learner of new technologies, with knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and industry best practices.
6. Excellent communication skills, negotiation, and influence.
7. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
