Job summary

Flagship Pioneering is looking for a Senior Director, Strategy and Operations for Flagship Labs in Cambridge, MA. You will partner with Origination Team Leaders to align priorities, track KPIs, and optimize program management across portfolio companies.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage resources, design dashboards, and help develop origination talent and culture while reporting to multiple team leaders.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience guiding cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects and programs in biotech/pharma.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set organizational priorities with Origination Team Leaders and track KPIs.
• Coordinate with portfolio company leadership for timely execution of projects.
• Allocate resources across all projects and helped by finance/HR/Legal.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, Business Development and CEO office to enable collaboration.
• Prepare reports, briefings and presentations for Origination Team Leaders.
