Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop growth strategies through market analysis, financial modeling, and implementation planning aligned with the company's vision.
• Identify key market and competitive trends to guide the company's future direction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives that differentiate the company's offerings.
• Conduct market research to inform strategic decisions and foster innovation.
• Define KPIs to monitor and report on strategic initiatives' success.
• Work with finance to analyze financial feasibility of strategies.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Create project management and governance plans for strategy implementation.
• Engage stakeholders to gather insights and feedback for strategic planning.
• Ensure strategies align with ethical standards and CSR commitments.
• Perform supervisory functions, including hiring, performance appraisals, and coaching.
