Electronic Arts (EA) in California seeks a Senior Strategy Leader to join its Corporate Strategy team. You will partner with senior creative leaders, shape long-term growth, and translate strategy into actionable priorities across franchises, studios, and commercial functions.

You'll lead market and financial analyses, influence executive decisions, mentor the Strategy team, and help extend EA’s franchises with innovative business models while balancing creative ambition with commercial

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant strategy experience in media, gaming, or entertainment.
• 3+ years in a management or team leadership role.
• Experience developing large-scale strategies with measurable growth.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and creative leaders.
• Ability balance long-term vision with near-term priorities.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior creative leaders, shaping long-term strategy and translating it into near-term priorities.
• Provide strategic perspective across franchises, studios, and corporate strategy.
• Lead market, financial, and scenario analyses end-to-end.
• Advise on player behavior, monetisation models, and new technologies.
• Develop external relationships with senior strategy leaders across gaming, media, tech, and entertainment.
• Create frameworks to evaluate opportunities like new IPs, franchise extensions, and partnerships.
• Summarise insights into data-backed recommendations for executives, CEO, and Board.
• Collaborate with Development, Publishing, Finance, and Commercial teams to align franchise strategies with EA’s goals.
