The Sr. Director of Strategy and Sales Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the operational foundation that drives the effectiveness and performance of the sales organization. This includes owning data infrastructure and reporting, systems management, pricing strategy, sales enablement, and cross functional project management. The role serves as a critical strategic partner to sales leadership and key stakeholders across the business, ensuring that the right tools, processes, and insights are in place to support growth and drive informed decision making.
12+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, strategy, or a related field with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership capacity
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field (Required)
MBA or equivalent advanced degree (Preferred)
Project Management certification such as PMP (Preferred)
Business intelligence or data analytics certifications (Preferred)
Deep knowledge of sales operations and strategy within a complex, matrixed organization
Strong understanding of data infrastructure, reporting systems, and business intelligence tools
Extensive experience in pricing strategy, including the ability to develop and manage pricing frameworks that align with business objectives
Proven experience leading sales enablement programs and measuring their impact on sales performance
Broad knowledge of CRM systems, sales technology, and operational tools that support a high performing sales organization
Experience managing large cross functional teams and initiatives across multiple disciplines simultaneously
