Job summary

Alltrna is seeking a talented Sr. Director of Program Management & Business Operations to lead cross-functional teams from research through early clinical development, focusing on IND enabling and early/mid-stage trials.

Reporting to the President & CFO, you will drive collaboration, clarity, and execution across strategic priorities. You will partner with finance and functions to craft realistic operational plans, manage timelines and budgets, and serve as Chief of Staff to the Leadership Team,

Qualifications

• BS/MS in life sciences or chemistry; deep pharma/biotech drug discovery knowledge.
• 15+ years in pharma/biotech drug discovery and development.
• 10+ years in Program Management, ideally for early-stage programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management and operations for AP003 and future programs.
• Collaborate with CMO and Leadership Team to drive strategy and delivery.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional plans with accountability.
• Communicate program updates and strategic decisions to executives.
• Oversee alliance management and quarterly business review content.
