Pacira BioSciences, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director, Strategic Partnerships to manage day-to-day commercial partnerships from onboarding through long-term growth.

This senior, field-based role operates at the intersection of sales, business development, and operations to ensure seamless implementation and revenue generation from day one. The role requires deep familiarity with how portfolio products are sold and distributed in chronic pain management, and the ability to translate signed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive commercial experience in medical devices/pharma.
• Experience standing up, onboarding and managing partnerships or distributor relationships.
• Familiarity with ASP dynamics and reimbursement.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in field-based capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of newly signed partners to go-live.
• Establish expectations, support structures, and training for new partners.
• Build a repeatable implementation playbook to shorten time-to-go-live.
• Serve as the central point for launch accountability and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, Analytics, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure readiness.
