Job summary

CHAOS Industries, a defense-focused company, seeks a Sr. Director of Communications to lead strategy, public relations, and media relations, protecting and promoting the brand while guiding the overall plan.

Responsibilities include shaping strategies, creating content across channels (press, website, social), measuring impact, and building executive and partner relationships to drive growth and credibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in communications, media, marketing, or PR; or a Master’s with 8+ years.
• Extensive experience managing and executing communications initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Ability to anticipate issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and propose solutions independently.
• Expertise in crafting internal and external messaging for diverse audiences.
• Strong strategic communications planning with clear objectives and measurable KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute internal and external communication plans aligned with mission objectives.
• Create and manage content such as press releases, website copy, product narratives, and social media.
• Evaluate and measure the impact of communications efforts.
• Cultivate relationships with leaders and external partners to boost brand presence and attract investors/partners.
