Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or Law degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in government affairs at local/state/federal level.
• Strong understanding of legislative processes and policy development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute state government advocacy strategies aligned with business objectives and patient access goals.
• Lead and manage state advocacy campaigns, influencing legislative and regulatory environments.
• Build and maintain relationships with policymakers, regulators, legislators, and advocacy groups.
• Prepare policy communications, testimony, briefing documents, and stakeholder presentations.
