Qualifications

• 6+ years in corporate government affairs, state/federal government, or external affairs consulting.
• Experience with U.S. policy and regulatory processes.
• Direct agriculture or life sciences sector experience.
• Ability to translate regulatory context into business impact.

Responsibilities

• Leverage relationships with local and state officials to protect and support FMC's license to operate, market access, policy and regulatory needs.
• Coordinate external advocacy efforts with NGOs and industry groups; build coalitions and participate in events.
• Monitor political and policy landscape; report to FMC leaders and coordinate with RBMs and colleagues.
• Support FMC employee Political Action Committee activities and related programs.
