Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. seeks an Executive Director, Stakeholder Advocacy to lead our senior-level advocacy efforts, aligning policy, payer engagement, and regulatory strategy with our mission to advance therapies for allergic, inflammatory, and autoimmune diseases.

The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years in biopharma advocacy, a background in Immunology and Inflammation, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams while traveling up to 50% to support pre-launch activities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years in biopharma with advocacy experience.
• Experience navigating policy environments and market dynamics.
• Ability to work across functions and articulate the value of advocacy.
• Immunology/Inflammation market experience preferred.
