Job summary

KBR is seeking a Sr. Director of Program Management for the Advanced Engineering and Operations division in a hybrid role with 20% travel to the DC area. You will lead execution of NASA-related contracts, overseeing mission interfaces, cybersecurity, and performance management across a broad team.

You will manage distributed teams, maintain strong relationships with NASA and government partners, and ensure safe, reliable operations, on-time deliverables, and disciplined cost and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 15 years experience or Master’s +12 years related experience.
• Background with U.S. Government contracts, aerospace, or program management.
• Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of task orders for NASA-related network services.
• Manage distributed teams across engineering, cybersecurity, and mission interfaces.
• Act as senior customer-facing program leader for NASA and government stakeholders.
• Drive transition from legacy operations to integrated network operating model.
• Ensure performance with transparent reporting, governance, and risk management.
