At least 9 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
At least 9 years of experience in enterprise architecture and design patterns.
At least 9 years of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
At least 9 years of experience in Data architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage and grow multiple teams of product focused software engineers.
Shape long‑term technical strategy and architecture standards for enterprise platforms.
Partner with senior engineering and business leaders to align product roadmaps with scalable technology capabilities.
Drive talent strategy, ensuring succession planning, skill development, and equitable opportunity across engineering teams.
Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of engineers on your team.
Work with product managers to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios and develop market‑driven application capabilities and customer experiences.
Continuously improve software engineering practices.
Lead the deployment of new and existing applications into AWS environments.
