• At least 7 years of people management experience.
• At least 9 years of software engineering and solution architecture.
• At least 9 years of enterprise architecture and design patterns.
• At least 9 years of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Lead, manage and grow multiple teams of product focused software engineers.
• Shape long‑term technical strategy and architecture standards for enterprise platforms.
