Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Physics, Math, IS, or related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, application development, or DevOps.
3+ years of experience leading developers, engineering teams, or technical delivery functions.
Experience with CI/CD, release automation, observability, and cloud-based environments.
Experience delivering tech in financial services or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Own delivery across internally developed applications, integrations, automation, and services.
Convert priorities into actionable technical plans with scope, ownership, and delivery commitments.
Lead solution build, coding, testing, release, and production stabilization.
Review code, troubleshoot critical issues, and make pragmatic technical decisions.
Own CI/CD, build and release automation, environment management, and production-readiness standards.
Define ownership for applications, environments, and production support.
