Job summary

Elanco Tiergesundheit AG Fort Dodge site seeks a Senior Director to align global manufacturing strategy with site execution. You will lead 3-5 year site master planning, IBP/LRP, and transformation governance to improve performance and financial sustainability.

In this role you’ll drive CAPEX alignment, ROI, and continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and PDCA, while partnering with cross-functional leaders across the M&Q Network to mitigate risk and enable value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, engineering, or business operations.
• Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Significant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing with GMP knowledge.
• Strong financial and strategic acumen for multi-year roadmaps and ROI prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own and orchestrate 3-5 year Site Master Plan, IBP, and LRP aligned to growth and corporate objectives.
• Lead governance and prioritization of the site transformation portfolio with measurable P&L impact.
• Oversee CAPEX investments to ensure ROI and long-term capability and compliance.
• Champion Operational Excellence using Lean, Six Sigma, and PDCA for continuous improvement.
• Partner with M&Q Network and global functions to mitigate risks and share best practices.
