Ladders is seeking a Senior Director, SIOP to lead integrated supply chain planning in the Energy & Utilities sector. This executive will align materials management, inventory, and supplier performance with business goals and customer commitments.

The role partners with operations, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to turn complex data into actionable decisions, driving improvements and strengthening planning discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in SCM, Logistics, IE, or related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain materials management or logistics.
• 5+ years of leadership in global operations.
• Proven track record in global supply chain oversight, inventory control, supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in analytics and data-driven decision making.

• Identify and implement improvements in supplier management and inventory processes.
• Manage risks by diversifying the supplier base and resolving issues.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, SIOP to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space.

This leader will guide the company’s integrated supply chain planning strategy, with a focus on aligning materials management, inventory, and supplier performance to business goals. The role will partner closely with operations, manufacturing, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve visibility, strengthen planning discipline, and support customer commitments. This position is well suited for an operations leader who can turn complex supply chain data into actionable decisions and measurable improvements.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $230,000 annually

Responsibilities
