Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field required; Master's preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in semiconductor hardware engineering, with leadership experience.
• Experience leading global engineering teams across US and Asia.
• Deep expertise in chip package development and board hardware.
• Strong signal integrity and power integrity analysis skills.
• Experience with OSATs, PCB fabrication, substrate suppliers, and EDA vendors.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead three core engineering functions: chip package development, board hardware development, and silicon power & reliability engineering.
• Mentor and scale distributed teams across US and Asia.
• Define long‑term technical roadmaps and headcount plans.
• Drive execution, cost reduction, and supplier qualifications.
• Represent hardware in executive reviews and customer discussions.
• Ensure design‑for‑manufacturability and design‑for‑test across programs.
