JOB DUTIES:
Manage and lead the AI/ML team, setting clear objectives and ensuring alignment with the broader business objectives. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and AI solutions, ensuring to meet quality standards and business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, IT, Product Development, and Operations, to integrate AI/ML capabilities. Monitor industry trends and maintain up-to-date knowledge of technological advancements to ensure the adoption of best practices in AI/ML. Manage budgets and resources, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. 100% telecommuting allowed from any location in the U.S. 20% domestic travel required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Data Science or a related field and Fifteen (15) years of experience as a Service Manager of Digital Mindset, IT Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, Technology Lead, or related occupation.
Applicant must have 8 years demonstrated experience in each of the following:
Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and other AI domains such as Large Language Models, Cognitive Technologies and Machine Learning;
Cloud platforms and AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud;
AI, Gen AI, Automation, RAG, RPA.
OFFERED WAGE:
$229,400 - $382,300/year
