• 7-10 years of progressive SEO experience with leadership roles
• Hands-on expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy
• Experience with AEO and AI-driven search tools
• Strong analytics with GA4, GSC, and enterprise platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of organic search Managers, setting performance goals and best practices
• Define and lead the overarching organic search strategy across all client accounts
• Analyze performance data from GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs and others, translating insights into strategy
• Collaborate with paid media, content, creative, and engineering teams to embed SEO&AEO in digital experiences
• Present organic search strategy and ROI to senior client stakeholders
• Lead technical SEO programs: site architecture, Core Web Vitals, mobile optimization, crawl/index health
• Experiment with AEO strategies to earn citations within AI-generated answers
• Drive local SEO for multi-location clients with geo-targeted content
• Implement AI-powered tooling to automate workflow and internal linking
• Monitor Google algorithm updates and AI-search shifts and brief clients on impacts
