Job summary

You will manage a ~25-person team and drive improvements in close timelines, disclosures, and XBRL tagging, delivering high-quality materials for the Board and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong accounting background.
• CPA certification preferred; deep knowledge of SEC reporting and disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end SEC reporting process and calendar.
• Coordinate internal deliverables, reviews, and governance milestones for filings.
• Lead preparation and review of earnings materials and Form 10-K/10-Q/8-K disclosures.
• Manage accounting operations and a ~25-person close reporting team.
• Collaborate with Legal, Investor Relations, Treasury, Risk and external auditors.
