Qualifications

• Associate degree with at least 2 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field preferred.
• Strong PC skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data interpretation, variance analysis, and timely report submission.
• Prepare financial schedules, reconciliations, and regulatory reports.
• Support internal controls and data quality for reported figures.
• Provide cross-training support to new team members.
• Identify risk issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of GAAP, SEC disclosures, and bank regulatory requirements.
• Assist with management reports for shareholders and the Board.
