Job summary

IQVIA in the United States seeks a Solution Delivery Lead (SDL) Senior Director to drive revenue growth and delivery excellence across complex RWE engagements. You will lead strategy for External Comparator Studies, Evidence Platforms, Integrated Evidence Strategy, and Multi-Country Real World DB studies, collaborating with Medical Affairs, RWE, HEOR, and operations.

Qualifications

Leadership in Real World Evidence (RWE) with strategic, scientific focus.
Experience across External Comparator Studies, Evidence Platforms, Integrated Evidence Strategy, and Multi-Country Real World Database studies.
Proven ability to meet/exceed revenue targets and drive growth.

Responsibilities

Lead RWE solution strategy, sales, and delivery oversight for complex, multi-offering RWE engagements.
Drive RWE sales and revenue growth within key accounts while identifying cross-selling opportunities.
Build and sustain senior-level client relationships beyond active engagements to support pipeline development.
Ensure high-quality, profitable delivery of paid projects and maintain client trust.
Apply deep knowledge of IQVIA RWE portfolio to design integrated, client-specific solutions.
