AdventHealth seeks a seasoned Risk Management leader to oversee the Risk Management Operations department, including RMIS oversight, loss control initiatives, serious safety event management, and claims support for the regional team in Colorado.

The role develops a regional risk management plan, provides data for actuarial work and regulatory filings, and collaborates with leadership to reduce risks across facilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field required.
• 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role in risk management, quality, or patient safety.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily functions of the Risk Management Operations department, including RMIS oversight.
• Lead PSO liaison and manage PSWP protections within the region.
• Develop short- and long-range risk management plans and risk-reduction strategies.
• Provide data for annual actuarial reports, insurance filings, and board presentations.
• Collaborate with hospital and Medical Group leadership to reduce organizational risk.
• Report on claims, lawsuits, and risk reduction initiatives to leadership.
