Job summary

Rho is seeking a Director / Senior Director, Project Delivery with strong Respiratory clinical research expertise to provide strategic oversight from proposal development through study execution.

This role partners with Business Development and Operations to shape delivery strategies, lead bid defenses, oversee project portfolios, and mentor PM teams to ensure exceptional client experiences, financial performance, risk management, and long‑term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Science with ≥10 years in clinical research project management.
• Experience at CROs with portfolio-level oversight (≥4 years).
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and contracts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-management skills.
• Understanding of ICH-GCP and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for a portfolio of projects delivering on time and within budget.
• Lead bid defenses and transition from proposal development to project execution.
• Manage financial performance including forecasting and contracts.
• Build senior client relationships and governance meetings.
• Mentor project management staff and drive continuous improvement.
