Job summary

Rimrock Trails is seeking a Director of Residential Operations to lead the adolescent residential treatment program, overseeing daily operations, staffing, budgeting, and program development. You will partner with the Residential Clinical Director and Medical Director to ensure clinical quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, nonprofit management, public administration, behavioral health administration, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, residential treatment, or nonprofit administration.
• Experience with program development, project management, operations, budgets, staff supervision, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level administrative and operational leadership for the adolescent residential program.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, performance management, and policy compliance.
• Develop program goals, KPIs, census targets, and referral metrics.
• Maintain residential budget performance and fiscal stewardship.
• Ensure compliance for licensing, audits, and payer requirements in partnership with Quality/Compliance.
