Rimrock Trails is seeking a Director of Residential Operations to lead the adolescent residential program, manage daily operations, budget accountability, and strategic growth. You will supervise residential staff and work with clinical and medical leaders to ensure high-quality care.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, referral development, and maintaining compliance with licensing and payer requirements while advancing program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible leadership in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Experience with program development, budgets, staff supervision, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level administrative and operational leadership for the adolescent residential program.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, compliance, and performance metrics to meet census targets.
• Collaborate with Clinical and Medical Directors to ensure clinical and operational alignment.
• Develop referral relationships and manage admissions workflow and waitlists.
