Job summary

Meet Life Sciences in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a Senior Director of Project Management – Research to drive cross-functional drug development programs from early discovery through IND submission. You will lead Research, Preclinical, CMC, Regulatory, and Clinical teams, set program strategy, timelines and milestones, and partner with senior leaders to resolve issues and maintain momentum.

Qualifications

• Proven experience driving multiple INDs through submission.
• PhD preferred; advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline highly desirable.
• Prior leadership or people management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of preclinical research and cross-functional drug development.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Our client is a growing biotechnology company advancing an innovative small-molecule pipeline and is seeking a Senior Director, Project Management to support and drive key research and drug development initiatives.

This leader will work cross-functionally with Research, Preclinical, CMC, Regulatory, and Clinical teams to ensure critical programs remain aligned with strategic objectives and development milestones. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving multiple programs through IND submission, with strong experience in small-molecule drug development.
