Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences, information systems, business, engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Operations, regulatory technology, or similar function with leadership responsibility.
• Proven success delivering regulatory technology, digital enablement, analytics, or enterprise transformation strategies.
• Deep understanding of global regulatory processes, submission management, and inspection-readiness.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute Regulatory Technology and Transformation strategy aligned with Global Regulatory Affairs objectives.
• Establish governance and roadmaps for technology initiatives with clear ownership and success metrics.
• Advise senior leaders on AI, automation, and structured content opportunities.
• Lead deployment and adoption of regulatory information and document management capabilities.
