Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director, Regulatory Affairs, Technology & Transformation to lead regulatory technology, data platforms, and transformation initiatives globally.

This role partners with IT, Quality, and business stakeholders to modernize processes, enable AI-enabled decision support, and drive measurable improvements in quality, speed, and transparency. The position requires deep regulatory operations expertise, strong leadership, and proven ability to execute

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Targeting 12+ years of progressive experience in Regulatory Affairs or regulatory technology with leadership
• Proven success delivering regulatory technology, digital enablement, analytics, or enterprise transformation
• Deep understanding of global regulatory processes, submission management and archiving
• Experience with regulatory information management and document management platforms (Veeva RIM, IQVIA SmartSolve)

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute Regulatory Technology and Transformation strategy aligned with Global Regulatory Affairs goals
• Establish governance and roadmaps for technology initiatives with clear ownership and metrics
• Advise regulatory and senior leaders on capability priorities and AI opportunities
• Lead deployment and adoption of regulatory information management and document management systems
• Collaborate with IT and Quality to ensure compliant, inspection-ready solutions
• Drive end-to-end regulatory process modernization to improve efficiency and user experience
• Lead change management, training, and stakeholder engagement across regions
