Ability to translate innovation strategies into operational execution with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a Regulatory Transformation & Innovation strategy aligned with GRA objectives and enterprise priorities.
Lead digitization and automation of end-to-end global regulatory affairs practices.
Identify opportunities to enhance capabilities through AI, analytics, and cloud-based submissions.
Partner with stakeholders to implement advanced technology capabilities.
Establish governance and value-realization frameworks for transformational opportunities.
