The role requires approximately 15 years in pharma or life sciences, deep regulatory knowledge, and strong leadership. This is a work-anywhere position with a focus on global collaboration and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Approximately 15 years of experience in India or global pharma, directly in or as a life sciences solutions provider.
• Deep understanding of regulatory business processes and technology.
• Proven leadership with autonomy and change adaptation.
• Strategic thinker with end-to-end business execution capability.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Vision for deploying innovative digital pharma solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategy for Veeva RIM in the Indian market, driving broad adoption.
• Engage with customers to ensure success with products.
• Demonstrate value through speed-to-market, first-time-right quality, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Product, Services, Solution Consulting, and Sales globally.
• Identify expansion opportunities and define go-to-market strategies.
• Own growth plans and pricing strategies for India.
