Veeva Systems is seeking a Regulatory Strategy Sr. Director to lead a unified RIM strategy for the Indian market, guiding regulatory data, submissions, and IT alignment. You will partner with product, services and sales to maximize value and drive adoption across customers, including overseas assignments as needed.

The role emphasizes global collaboration, autonomy, and delivering rapid, compliant outcomes in a dynamic life sciences environment.

Qualifications

• Around 15 years’ experience in India or global pharma industries, client or consulting.
• Understanding of regulatory business processes and technology in life sciences.
• CEO mentality to drive outcomes with autonomy and adaptability.
• Ability to develop strategy and execution across product, marketing, CS, consulting, etc.
• Excellent spoken, written, and presentation skills in English.
• Vision to help pharma deploy innovative digital solutions to solve issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategy for Veeva RIM in India, driving adoption across customers.
• Engage with customers to ensure success with our products.
• Show value of Veeva RIM through process improvements and business metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Services, Solution Consulting, Sales locally and globally.
• Identify expansion opportunities and work with marketing and sales on strategies.
• Own growth plans and pricing strategies for our products in India.
