Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a real estate, finance, business, public administration, urban planning, architecture, engineering, construction management, or similar field.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible real estate development/affiliates experience including leadership roles.
• Experience taking complex development projects through feasibility, financing, and stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead development lifecycle from concept through operations, including financing, construction, lease-up, and cash-flow management.
• Identify, evaluate, structure, and negotiate development opportunities and joint ventures.
• Coordinate with legal, financial, and governmental partners; ensure compliance with applicable guidelines and policies.
• Develop business cases with mission impact, financial returns, risks, resources, and timing for CEO/Board review.
• Establish project schedules, budgets, dashboards, and governance with cross-functional teams.
• Manage capital sources, incentives (LIHTC, tax-exempt bonds, grants), and funding negotiations.
