Job summary

Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated is seeking a senior leader to supervise the real estate asset management and surveillance team responsible for high-touch loan servicing across the CML portfolio. The role coordinates policy development, vendor relations, and ongoing reporting to support regulatory compliance and risk management.

You will work across departments including Audit, IT, Law, and Investment Accounting to ensure robust controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent related work experience.
• 5–7 years leadership/management experience.
• Experience with automated servicing systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the real estate asset management/surveillance team and workflows.
• Interface with borrowers on mortgage loan asset management and surveillance matters.
• Oversee loan asset management, reporting, and amortization schedules in PLM system.
• Coordinate vendor relationships (CoStar, Moody’s, Smart Capital).
• Drive Sox and EUC compliance and develop process documentation.
• Mentor and develop associates, plan resources for the Real Estate Investment team.
• Support internal audits, risk, IT, Law, and Investment Accounting activities.
