National Life Group, Addison, TX, seeks a senior CRE professional to join the Commercial Real Estate team. You will support management of a diversified CRE loan portfolio, perform credit risk analysis, and help optimize portfolio performance across debt instruments and borrowers.

The role requires extensive asset management, underwriting, and financial modeling experience, with cross-functional collaboration across servicing, IT, accounting, and asset management.

Qualifications

• 8 or more years total post-secondary education and relevant work experience (Bachelor7s degree + 46 years related experience).
• 325 5 years of CRE asset management, lending, or credit experience.

Responsabilités

• Support the management of a large CRE loan portfolio across asset classes.
• Monitor loan performance, including funding approvals, leasing activity, covenant compliance, and borrower requests.
• Provide insights on portfolio performance and risk, and contribute to investment analysis and portfolio construction.
