Job summary

Rad Pros in Colorado (HQ six miles south of Watkins) seeks a Director of Radiation Consulting & Services to lead the consulting and field teams. You will serve as the senior technical resource, manage staff, and oversee licenses, radiation protection programs, and regulatory reports based on state and federal rules.

You will engage with clients, labs, and regulators, develop templates and training programs, and drive high-quality deliverables across projects in oil & gas, mining, water

Qualifications

• Experience with radioactive materials; preferably as an RSO.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and communicate well with others.
• Typing speed 50 wpm minimum.
• Industry experience in oil & gas, mining/rare earths, water treatment, nuclear, manufacturing, laboratories/radiochemistry, or waste management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Report Writing – Proficiency with Word/Google Docs;Excel; summarize lab results.
• Data Management – review, retain/file, report, and summarize large datasets; ensure data integrity.
• Regulatory – maintain and lead regulatory compliance efforts at all levels.
• Client/Lab/Regulatory Interface – interface with clients, waste facilities, laboratories, scientists, regulators.
• Manage Multiple Priorities – juggle multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Templating & Training – create reporting templates and support training programs.
