Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year Quality strategy that strengthens compliance, performance, and organizational effectiveness across the UCAN network.
• Lead Quality governance and decision-making processes across multiple sites to promote consistency and operational excellence.
• Partner with senior leaders to enable growth, resilience, and reliable product supply.
• Champion inspection readiness and regulatory excellence with health authorities.
• Drive enterprise-wide quality improvement, remediation, and transformation initiatives.
• Make risk-based decisions balancing patient safety, quality, and business goals.
• Build and develop high-performing leaders and succession plans.
• Provide executive insights and recommendations on quality performance and priorities.
