Baxter Healthcare seeks a Senior Director of Generic Pharmaceuticals & Clinical Nutrition Marketing (UCAN) to lead strategy and execution for a diverse portfolio across the US and Canada. You will shape go-to-market plans, drive growth, and partner with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, and Finance to deliver patient value.

This leadership role requires building high-performing teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering cross-functional results in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive healthcare marketing, commercial, or business leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success leading generic pharma and nutrition portfolio strategies, commercialization, and go-to-market execution.
• Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall marketing strategy for the UCAN portfolio.
• Drive portfolio prioritization, lifecycle management, and investment decisions aligned with business objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities and optimize portfolio performance across categories.
• Develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies that strengthen customer engagement and business results.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure commercial excellence and successful product launches.
• Support execution of marketing initiatives that drive adoption, growth, and market competitiveness.
• Establish and leverage customer, market, and competitive insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Champion voice-of-customer initiatives and data-driven marketing practices.
• Monitor market dynamics and business performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Finance, and Commercial teams to support pricing, value, and contracting strategies.
• Provide strategic marketing input to optimize portfolio access and business performance.
• Lead integrated planning and execution across Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Commercial Excellence.
• Foster alignment and accountability to deliver business priorities and customer-focused outcomes.
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing organization.
• Create an environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous development.
• Coach and develop talent to strengthen organizational capability and succession readiness.
