Job summary

Company Confidential is seeking a Senior Director QA in New Jersey to lead the QA function, ensuring product quality and compliance. You will work with stakeholders to establish a robust quality system and implement SOPs and QA processes for the organization.

You will coach and develop the QA team, drive KPI initiatives, manage the project portfolio, and oversee the QA budget, shaping strategic quality initiatives across departments.

Qualifications

• Master or higher education level preferred.
• Strong Commercial Manufacturing background.
• Strong Regulatory experience required.
• 5-10 years of experience working with QA.
• Develop and manage project portfolios, understanding the differences within departments/company.
• Experience leading a team.
• Experience managing a budget for a QA Team.
• Excellent communication and written skills, organizational skills.
• Ability to work closely with the stakeholders of all departments.

Summary

This position will be lead a team and be responsible for the QA function ensuring product quality.

Working with your team and the stakeholders in the company, the person will be responsible for establishing and implementing a quality system. Some of the projects will include quality events, coach and develop the QA Team and work with vendors. This role will include the development and implementation for company SOP and QA process.
