Job summary

EPM Scientific is seeking a Director of Quality Control in North Carolina to lead QC operations across a GMP-regulated site. This role oversees analytical chemistry, microbiology, environmental monitoring, stability programs, and release testing while aligning QC strategy with site growth.

The candidate will partner with QA, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and Technical Operations to drive quality and compliance, develop talent, and optimize laboratory performance in a high-impact leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant QC leadership experience in pharmaceutical/biotech GMP environments.
• Strong knowledge of analytical testing, microbiology, stability studies, and lab operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred

• Strong knowledge of analytical testing, microbiology, stability studies, and laboratory operations
• Experience supporting FDA inspections and regulatory compliance activities
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders
