Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Head of Pharmacovigilance Operations to build and lead the PV operations supporting the company's clinical portfolio toward commercialization. You will own end-to-end ICSR, safety systems, vendor oversight, and inspection readiness while shaping strategy and growing the function from the ground up.

This role requires deep PV leadership experience, a track record of scaling PV operations, and strong collaboration with executive teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 12 years pharmacovigilance/drug safety experience with leadership.
• Deep PV operations and ICSR management experience across clinical development.
• Proven track record building or transforming PV operations in biotech.
• Experience with safety databases and regulatory inspections.
