Biomapas seeks a Senior Director, Pharmacovigilance Operations/Central PV Services to provide strategic and operational leadership of the global Central PV Services organization, ensuring compliant, scalable delivery of ICSR processing, literature surveillance, signal detection, and aggregate reporting across regions.

Qualifications

MD/PharmD/PhD or equivalent scientific degree required.
12+ years of pharmacovigilance experience.
5+ years of progressive global PV leadership across delivery
Experience leading centralized PV services and global delivery organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead the Central PV Services strategy aligned with PV/MI objectives.
Oversee case management, literature surveillance, signal detection and aggregated reporting.
Drive global delivery hub development and outsourcing models.
Advance automation, AI-enabled technologies and digital transformation.
Ensure compliance with EU GVP, FDA, ICH and global PV regulations and client requirements.
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across centralized PV services.
